As you can see, this example post lists all of the Six Trades by what ore I have, and what ore I want in return. It also lists instructions for contacting me to trade. When my needs change, I will use the "Edit Post" button on this, so future readers can see my updated trades list when they check this thread to find a trading partner.
If you need help figuring out which trades are beneficial to you, I can give you an OpenOffice spreadsheet to automatically calculate which trades are to your benefit. All you have to do is input the amount of training you get per ingot, and the sheet does the rest of the math for you. I will attach the spreadsheet to this post, or edit to add a link to it, once I have finished making the simple version of it.
