Stamina 100 potions are 5k for a stack and has not changed in price, but mana 10k for a stack and are slightly less popular among the three types do to their high pricing.

Summerwear is sold at around 100k-150k each in player and house shops.

Flashy Dyes of almost any color are being sold at around 700k-725k. Except for Red/Black sales are as usual, much hire than almost any other dye.

Campfire Kits have dropped from 5k each to 1k each (Yay!).

The Party Phoenix feather has also dropped from 6k down to 5k.

Full Recovery Potions have dropped in value from 10k down to 8k. This considered good for new players who require many potions. So with the prices for these items going down to slightly reasonable prices, many new players can now afford these without making a large decision money wise on small items.

I will continue on this report for the rest of the summer, and maybe continue in the Fall.
